Telegram read alerts: know when the link is opened

Dashboards are great for deep dives; Telegram is for fast pings—“someone just opened this deck.” Read reminders sit alongside expiry and other controls in maipdf2026.

Expiry and Read Alerts (Telegram) in English settings

How to set it up

In maipdf2026, you can add Telegram directly inside Security settings for the link.

Actual flow: open the link settings panel, go to Security settings, then enable and add Read Alerts (Telegram). No extra page is required.

When Telegram helps

Sales & fundraising

A ping when the prospect opens the deck, so you can follow up while it is fresh.

Ops & support

Confirm a policy PDF was opened without living in the dashboard all day.

With other limits

Expiry, download restrictions, and access rules still apply; alerts only flag opens.

Readers do not need Telegram

Recipients open the PDF in the browser as usual. Telegram is only for owner-side notifications.

Shareable link and QR—the asset people open; you get Telegram when they do
You share a link or QR; Telegram tells you when that entry is opened.

Limits

Not full analytics

Use alerts as quick signals; use in-app access records when you need more detail.

Your Telegram required

You connect the bot or chat in product settings. Readers are unaffected.

English UI: open access record for a link
For timestamps and context beyond a ping, use the link’s access record in the same English UI.
